Restaurant
Antartica Paris is a cooperative restaurant born in 2022, located at 1 Rue de Torcy in the 18th arrondissement of Paris.
This restaurant is the fruit of the reflection of three brothers: Jules, Jonathan and Loup SCHILTZ, and of a mystery chef 1* in the Michelin guide.
Our goal is simple: to be able to offer everyone healthy gourmet cuisine from extra fresh, organic products from agriculture with high environmental values for 10€, starter, main course, cheese, dessert.
The cooperative has five salaried cooperators and serves two hundred covers a day on site.
Promoting culinary art is our duty.

Our kitchen
Antartica Paris offers traditional French cuisine. We work with fresh products from the best organic market gardeners and practicing responsible agriculture.
Jules is in Brittany and sends us his selectively handmade catch every day.
Our meats are purchased directly from traditional French breeders.
With this recipe, we invite you to rediscover the taste and flavors of the hexagonal territory every day with a different unique menu.
